We use Royal Mail to deliver your order safely. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday via a tracked service. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your bracelet has been shipped.

Processing Time

Each bracelet is handcrafted with care.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, or same day if placed before 12 pm.
For personalized or made-to-order bracelets, please allow up to 3 business days before dispatch.

Free UK Shipping

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders.
This offer does not apply to Express shipping.

International Shipping

We ship bracelets to selected countries worldwide.
Delivery typically takes 5–14 business days, depending on your location.

Please note:

  • Free shipping is not available for international orders.

  • Customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We are required by law to declare the full value of the goods on customs forms.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays.

If the recipient refuses to pay duties and the bracelet is returned to us, return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us at: orders@terraflow-uk.com.
We’ll check the delivery status and assist you in locating the parcel.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local delivery office and neighbors.

We are not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses or courier delays beyond our control.

Address Changes

To change your shipping address, contact us at: orders@terraflow-uk.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes once your bracelet has been dispatched or customized.

Sending a Gift

Your bracelet will arrive in a gift-ready box with no pricing details included.
You may choose to add gift wrap and a personal message at checkout for an extra special touch.
